The Park Avenue Community stands unequivocally with the Movement for Black Lives. Sites of memory are places that hold memory and become identity markers. Park Ave strive, as a community and with our structure and inclusivity to deconstruct as theology that for too long has upheld white supremacist ideals. We created a living site of memory for the community to be able to grieve together at distance and keep alive the memories of those who have been killed at the hands of police violence.
