The November Sermon Series is entitled, "Unearthed."
In this month we will tell stories of the earth and the land that we are on here in Atlanta and look toward the Hebrew text and land narratives to discover, what might be a legacy of conquering and land acquisition that mirrors unjust practices in the United States.
Together we hope to deconstruct a false Thanksgiving narrative and replace it with an Indigenous people-centered celebration.
On November 3 - after worship - we will travel to McDonough, GA to Southern Belle Farms to enjoy a day on the farm.
Bring the kids and all young at heart!
November 8 @Park Ave. The second StoryKeepers event will happen.
Come and join us for a "Moth"-like story telling event. Come to share a story or hear some stories. Craft your story and deep listen with the StoryKeepers.
